This peanut butter and banana smoothie takes a classic flavour pairing to the next level with the creamy tang of probiotic-rich kefir. A handful of mild-flavoured spinach adds a boost of veg, making it a nourishing and satisfying choice for any time of day.

 

Ingredients

1 cup plain kefir

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 cup spinach

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon honey (Optional)

 

Directions

Add kefir, peanut butter, spinach, banana and honey (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
