Directors Nicholas Chapman & Steve Grant have over 30 yrs combined experience owning, running and managing business’ in the fitness industry. Their past success has always come from creating business’ with a team culture driven to professional and personal growth. “We genuinely care about our people and our people are 100% committed to looking after our members”.

Director + Senior Coach

With 17 years experience and continuous education in the Health and Fitness Industry, Nicholas has a commitment to support others to achieve their best imaginable self.

As director and founder of 3 of Australia’s leading fitness studio’s, Nicholas believes in a holistic and integrated approach to achieving a specific goal.

A respected authority on clean eating and functional movement, Nicholas has overseen the effective creation and implementation of over 5,000 goal specific programs. His extensive work in creating these bespoke programs has resulted in thousands of Australians living a healthy and more fulfilling life.


Director + Senior Coach

Steve has been in the fitness industry now for over 22 years as a gym owner, university lecturer, magazine contributor and is considered one of Australia’s leading authorities in personal training and fat loss.

Steve studied Physical Education at Wollongong University and has an elite sporting background in athletics. He also played Rugby League for the Cronulla Sharks and in the south of France.

Why I got into the industry: I have a deep passion for strength/conditioning, rehabilitation and all things exercise. I jumped at the opportunity to make this my profession and have never looked back.

Why did you get into the fitness industry : To chase that feeling of becoming a better person on a physical and mental capacity. I was heading into the gutter if i didn’t make a change. I want to be able to share my personal setbacks and hopefully use that to inspire the people around me to be the best version of themselves

One piece of advice for clients: Learn to do the hard things with a positive mindset. It’s always an easy option to take the path of least resistance, you’ll be very surprised with what you can achieve if you go the opposite direction



Experience: 3 for 1: teacher, award-winning restaurateur, and personal trainer.

Favourite food: I’m finding it hard to decide between a big fat juicy steak, with homemade crispy chips and fresh green salad or perfectly executed sushi with the freshest of seafood — mmmmm.

Favourite exercise: Skiing followed by a glass of pinot and a log fire, or failing that — my beats, a cable machine and a shoulder routine.

Why I got into the industry: “Zen and the Art of Personal Maintenance”: strength and conditioning training and wanting to share that with others.

One piece of advice for clients: Embrace discontent — it’s the first step towards progress.

Why I got into the industry: Health and Fitness has and will always be close to my heart. A genuine interest in wanting to share my passion with other people and help them better their health  is a driving force for me personally.

1 piece of advice for clients: The small things DO matter



Experience: 3 years personal training experience in the UK as well as a degree in sport and exercise science specialising in nutrition and strength & conditioning.

Why I got into the industry: Because of my passion for motivating others to be the best they possibly can be and because of my own love for training and living a healthy, rewarding lifestyle.

One piece of advice for clients: When things get tough, remember why you started.



Experience : English and TEFL at De Montfort University. Cert 3 and Cert 4 in PT and 7 years PT experience. Boxing level 1. Pilates instructor. CHEK exercise coach level 1. CHEK scientific back and core training. Runner. 3 years remedial and sports massage; pregnancy and myofascial release.

Why I got into the industry: I’ve always been into fitness, I grew up running fun runs with my Dad. Once I finished uni, travelled to Australia and knew I didn’t want to be a teacher, the fitness industry really called to me. I love helping people change their relationship with food and exercise, to push themselves to see what they can do once they put their mind to it and helping people overcome both mental and physical challenges.

1 piece of advice for clients: Small changes add up to one big change. Don’t try to change too much at once, it can get overwhelming. Pick one thing, make it a new habit, then onto the next one.



Experience: Qualified PT at Diploma Level, CHEK Exercise Practitioner Level 1, CHEK Scientific Back and Core Training and Programming, ACE Boxing Coach Level 1, 5 years Personal Training experience. Currently completing Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University.

Favourite food: Slow cooked beef pilau

Favourite exercise: A good variety of lower body exercises

Why I got into the industry: I enjoy teaching and coaching, as well as sports and fitness. Personal training enabled me to combine these interests and build skills to develop myself and help others.

One piece of advice for clients: Life is often about one step in front of the other. It doesn’t matter at what speed or length its just about going in the right direction

Why I got into the industry: I was overweight growing up and this made me self-conscious about my body. I lacked a lot of confidence but all that changed when I adopted a healthier lifestyle and started to work out. Going to the gym changed my life and getting into the industry is giving me the opportunity to be able help others achieve their goals, and spread that same happiness and love I have for fitness to my clients – there is nothing more rewarding in my eyes!

One piece of advice for clients: Consistency is the key, so have fun and enjoy each and every work out.

Why I got into the industry: Growing up I have always had a passion for sports and exercise. I did a season as a ski instructor and loved the experience of coaching people so I thought what better job than to become a personal trainer. I have never looked back since

Why I got into the industry: When I was younger I met someone who said they were a “personal trainer”. I couldn’t believe this was something people did as a career, I booked my course the next day with the belief that I could help people realise their own potential. 10 years later — absolutely nothing has changed.
