I love helping people change their relationship with food and exercise, to push themselves to see what they can do once they put their mind to it and helping people overcome both mental and physical challenges.

1 piece of advice for clients: Small changes add up to one big change. Don’t try to change too much at once, it can get overwhelming. Pick one thing, make it a new habit, then onto the next one.
