Alex
Alex is a gentle giant, a very good person and ball of energy. He likes knowing all the people in the gym and never forgets a name. He really loves coming in for a strength workout and his favourite exercises include the legs press, chest press, lat pulldown and supported row. He has never missed a session. Good on you mate.
Gabe
We are fortunate enough at RH to work with amazing individuals, but none more so than Gabe Boon. At the tender age of 19, Gabe started his journey here at over 102kg, wanting to start a gym routine to help with his goals of playing basketball and rugby at school. Gabe quickly fell in love with the process of bettering himself, both in and out of the gym.
Gabe works with both Josh and Sean in the gym 3 days a week, as well as playing basketball multiple times per week. Gabe has not only exceeded his initial expectations of himself, but has also blown away all the trainers here at RH with his determination, consistency, and most importantly, his infectiously positive outlook on life.
Gabe has lost over 15kg with us now, and is growing tremendously as an athlete. He deadlifts 100kg for 10 reps, back squats 80kg for 10 reps, and bench presses 65kg for 10 reps. And with ambitions of dunking in his basketball career, he can also now vertical jump to an amazing 40 inches.
