After Winning 2023 Australian Boutique Studio of the year, we are handpicking 2 experienced Personal Trainers to come join our team of 11 in Rushcutters Bay!
With over 34 year’s combined experience growing 2 of Sydney’s most successful PT studios, Steve Grant and Sean Rees developed Sydney’s first ‘Results Based’ training facility in 2017 which quickly developing a ‘cult like following’ with Sydney locals and corporates wanting a more personalised fitness service.

Guest speaker topics in 2023 were Breathwork & Ice Baths, Boxing, Physio Injury rehab, Psychology of change.
Team Socials in 2023 were – Skydiving, Rock climbing, Whitewater rafting, Comedy club.
Applicants must have the following:
- Certificate 4 in Personal Training and a current First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for training yourself with new challenges
- Openness to learn from a team of professionals around you and a passion for personal development
- Humble, authentic & able to have a laugh at work and not take yourself too seriously
Your role:
As an RH Personal Trainer, you will design food and exercise programs that are unique. Our COACHES find the best way to inspire clients within our fully equipped, bespoke training facility offering both 1on1 Personal Training and Outdoor Group Fitness.
We are not a franchise, instead, we are looking for Trainers who want to be around genuine leaders who actually care about their careers and lifestyle.
