Raspberry-Peach-Chia Seed Smoothie

This creamy raspberry and peach chia seed smoothie is a delicious way to start your day or recharge in the afternoon. Chia seeds provide fibre to help keep you feeling full and satisfied. The natural sweetness of frozen peaches and dates, paired with the tangy brightness of raspberries, makes every sip both refreshing and nourishing.

 

Ingredients

1½ cups unsweetened soy milk

½ cup whole-milk plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt

¼ cup chia seeds

4 pitted dried dates

1½ cups frozen raspberries

1 cup frozen peach slices

⅛ teaspoon salt

 

Directions

Place 1½ cups soy milk, ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup chia seeds, 4 dates, 1½ cups raspberries, 1 cup peaches and ⅛ teaspoon salt in a blender. Process until smooth, stirring occasionally to help blend if needed, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses.
