Catriona Menzies-Pike
Congratulations Catriona! Catriona came to the gym as a self confessed sceptic, but knowing that she needed to do some strength work to compliment and assist the large volume of running she already did.
A year later, and she does weights twice a week, is a regular face at run club and races and runs upwards of 30km a week. She has also made some tweaks and improvements to her eating, habits and lifestyle, losing and keeping off about 4kg from her weight.
Catri recently joined us on the Gold Coast to run her first marathon in 7 years, after having 2 children, and not only did she run an awesome time, but she had so much fun doing it.
Catri – we are super proud of your commitment and your involvement with the gym, and we love having you around! Well done you are an inspiration.
