Over the past few months she has been working with Mark to work on her strength to improve her overall mobility and ability at tennis.
She has achieved:
• 22kg back squat
• 17kg hip thrusts
• 17kg shoulder press
• 15kg reverse lunges
Trang has been absolutely smashing her training and it’s great to see how much she has achieved.
