Stephen came into the studio for help losing weight and to improve his nutritional habits. Not only did Stephen achieve that within his first 4 months training, but he also reset his focus and direction on new fitness based goals, designed to get him out of his comfort zone.
To date Stephen is 13.5kg down and showing strength increases of over 200%!
He is diligent in his approach to his training which allows him to still enjoy a few drinks with friends during the week.
