What a result for Hannah! Setting out with a plan to lose weight and she has done just that, we’ve seen incredible progress in our 4in4 challenge — losing a total of 5KG
Hannah has been doing x2 PT sessions a week with Ken, focusing on lower body and conditioning in her 1st session and onto interval training with upper body in her 2nd session.
Hannah’s aerobic fitness and strength has improved heaps since picking up her training again after the new year.
Let’s look at some stats:
- Constantly increased running distance each week during intervals topping out at 3.9km in 17minutes
- Kettlebell deadlift weight increased 8kg to 12kg each hand
- Massive improvements in form of main exercises
- Sled pushing starting weight 30kg increasing to 65kg
Next goal is Run Sydney Hoka Half Marathon. Well done Hannah, no signs of slowing down yet.
Peter
Since November Peter has been riding a massive transformation.
Feb was no different, finishing the month with lossing 5.4kg in the 4in4 challenge and losing 12 cm from his girth measurements.
This takes total weight loss since November to over 25kg.
Well done Peter mate. Hope you’re really proud of yourself and what you have accomplished.
