☑️ Increased her leg press from 90 -> 140kg
☑️ Progressed from 8kg goblet squats to 50kg barbell squats
☑️ Increased her upper body strength, adding 5kg to her shoulder press
🔥 also restarted running, Pilates and 1 cycle per week to improve her cardio health 📈
