Congratulations to our client of the month Michael Ferguson! 

Michael started at RH after 10 years with his previous trainer but in just two months has gotten into the shape of his life. 

At 38 years old he has achieved a lifetime goal of having a six pack. Losing a total of 11.2kg going from 80kg down to a very lean 68.8kg. 

The first thing Michael said when he walked into RH was to make him look like captain America and after sticking to a strict diet and training hard consistently in the gym we can confidently say that he’s not far off! 

A consistent 15,000 daily steps, hitting the correct calorie/protein levels and training hard during his personal training sessions were key in achieving this result. 

Liam and the whole RH team are all so proud of such an incredible transformation! Michael will soon be off on a new adventure moving to New York and will keep the things he has learnt with him forever. Congratulations mate well deserved February COTM!
