From setback to comeback!
Eight months ago, Jon was dealing with a serious ankle injury that brought everything to a halt. Training stopped, routines changed, and like many people in that position, the weight started to creep on and motivation took a hit.
Fast forward to today — and the transformation has been nothing short of incredible.
Through consistency, patience, and a structured plan with Ken, he rebuilt from the ground up. Starting with the basics, focusing on mobility, strength, and stability, he gradually worked his way back to full training. Step by step, session by session, he regained confidence in his body.
Not only is he now running again, but he’s also hitting personal goals and targets in the gym, dropping the weight gained during recovery, and showing a level of discipline that deserves serious respect.
Losing 6.1kg in our 4in4 challenge massively helped Jon and also lost a total of 12cm in measurements across his body.
And now? He’s setting his sights even higher — gearing up for the London Marathon this April
This is what resilience looks like. This is what trusting the process looks like.
