ELIZABETH
Elizabeth has been training with Ben for the past
8 months. She has achieved some great results especially since the 4/4 challenge this year. Liz has established healthy new habits like tracking her steps and nutrition- on top of a strength training schedule where she trains twice per week.
Moving forward Liz is looking to continue her hot streak of success with some heavier lifting.
Congratulations Liz and we look forward to seeing you improve even more through 2023!

Massive congratulations to Tom who lost an incredible 7kgs and 24.5cm off of all measurements! Toms discipline was amazing for the whole month messaging Liam with his stats every single day.
Tom now aims to run his first full marathon this year and is in a much better position to do so! Congratulations Tom!
