Eliza has hit the 6kg weight loss milestone and is feeling fitter and stronger than ever! She has demonstrated the perfect ability of balancing an enjoyable diet/lifestyle with training hard and working on her goals. During this weight loss period Eliza has; gone on holiday, attended a hens weekend and regularly enjoyed meals out with friends – which goes to show you don’t have to sacrifice when you have the right plan in place.
Some of her big achievements in the last 6 weeks:
- 6kg weight loss and considerable fat loss
- 10k steps everyday
- Added 5kg to her back squat, 60kg to her leg press and completed more pull ups with less assistance
- Hit a new personal best 1RM front squat @ 70kg
