Big shoutout to the big dog Dad Dave both in and out of the gym.

In the gym: everything is up across the board.

  • Hip thrust +70kg
  • Leg press +50kg
  • Incline barbell press +10kg
  • Rows & pulldowns +7kg
  • First bodyweight dip
  • First pull-up

Serious strength gains, especially through the legs hes moving like a machine right now.

Outside the gym: biggest win of all… becoming a dad.

Despite everything going on with Bec and Patrick, Dave stayed consistent, only taking a week off and not letting stress throw him off track. Nutrition’s been dialled in too — higher protein and simple pre-workout fuel paying off big time, properly set up for dad duties.

We’ll keep building: more upper body, more core, and layering in some boxing where we can.
