Huge shoutout to RH client Gina!!
2025 was a massive year for Gina.
Despite plenty going on in the background, she stayed consistent, kept showing up, and continued to prioritise her health and training.
During our time training together in 2025, we built her program around knee-friendly strength and sustainable progress. She hit a 30kg PB on leg press (up to 90kg) and doubled her single-leg press with great form – huge wins that reflect the work she’s put in.
Outside the gym, Gina made some incredible lifestyle changes, including being five months alcohol free, improving recovery through sleep tracking, increasing her water intake(now forced to bring water everywhere she goes), and staying consistent with protein and daily movement. Massive progress all round, and we’re keen to keep the ball rolling as we move through 2026
