SHOUT OUT to Ken’s client Graham, who’s just wrapped up a big 6 week block.

Personal Training 2 x a week lifting weights + staying active outside of the gym.

PROGRESS

  • BENCH PRESS from 22.5kg up to 30kg for reps
  • LEG EXTENSION from 45kg up to 59kg
  • ROW 250M PB 50.9s
  • SKI 250M PB 1:02s

Graham will now start the 4in4 challenge to drop some body fat and feel leaner coming into the warmer months.
