Steve Grant and Sean Rees have over 25 years combined experience owning, running and managing business’ in the fitness industry.
Their past success has always come from creating business’ with a team culture driven to professional and personal growth. “We genuinely care about our people and our people are 100% committed to looking after our members”.

Steve Grant
Director+Senior Coach
Steve has been in the fitness industry now for over 22 years as a gym owner, university lecturer, magazine contributor and is considered one of Australia’s leading authorities in personal training and fat loss.
Steve studied Physical Education at Wollongong University and has an elite sporting background in athletics. He also played Rugby League for the Cronulla Sharks and in the south of France.

Sean Rees
Director+Senior Coach
Experience: Power lifting Sports Coach, Bachelor Exercise Science Swansea University, GP exercise referral, 2x Gold Coast Marathon finisher

Why I got into the industry: I have a deep passion for sports coaching that includes strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and all things exercise. I jumped at the opportunity to make this my profession and have never looked back.
One piece of advice for clients: Great things take time.

Chris Kidenya
Coach
Experience: Qualified PT at Diploma Level, CHEK Exercise Practitioner Level 1, CHEK Scientific Back and Core Training and Programming, ACE Boxing Coach Level 1, 5 years Personal Training experience. Currently completing Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University.
Favourite food: Slow cooked beef pilau

Why I got into the industry: I enjoy teaching and coaching, as well as sports and fitness. Personal training enabled me to combine these interests and build skills to develop myself and help others.
One piece of advice for clients: Life is often about one step in front of the other. It doesn’t matter at what speed or length its just about going in the right direction

Dylan Fahey
Coach

Why I got into the industry: I was overweight growing up and this made me self-conscious about my body. I lacked a lot of confidence but all that changed when I adopted a healthier lifestyle and started to work out. Going to the gym changed my life and getting into the industry is giving me the opportunity to be able help others achieve their goals, and spread that same happiness and love I have for fitness to my clients – there is nothing more rewarding in my eyes!
One piece of advice for clients: Consistency is the key, so have fun and enjoy each and every work out.

Ken MacDonald
Sports Massage Therapist + Coach
Experience: 7 years massage therapist and personal trainer, Level 4 Personal Trainer, Sports Science Diploma, Sports Massage & Remedial Therapy Cert, Les Mills Certified.

Why I got into the industry: When I first stepped foot into a gym back home in Ireland many years ago I could tell I wanted to work in a facility that caters towards health and fitness and the contribution towards people living healthier and happier lives.
One piece of advice for clients: Don’t rush the reps, feel the reps!

Tiago Santos
Coach
Experience: Sports Degree & Masters Degree in Exercise and Health from Portugal. 6 years as a Personal Trainer (specialising in Weight Loss and Performance) Cert. in Nutrition & Diet; Hypertrophy & Strength; Group class instructor, HIIT & Functional Training.

Why I got into the industry: I was overweight as a child in Portugal, so I decided to start playing football to feel better. Sport changed my life and led me to study at University.
My personal weight loss journey and the ability to now help other people overcome physical and mental barriers is my no1. passion.
One piece of advice for clients: Progress is not Linear, Trust the Process!

Henry Bartlett

Mark Doran

Why I got into the Industry: I am extremely passionate about health & fitness and helping people achieve their goals and being a PT ties it all together. It doesn’t feel like work when you truly enjoy what you do. Also, there are many misconceptions about fitness and what you need to do to be in good shape, which holds a lot of people back. I want to make fitness more accessible and dispel those myths because it is a lot less complicated than you think.
1 piece of advice: Master the basics first and all the rest will fall into place

Jasper O’Kearney

Industry experience: Currently studying psychology at Uni. I have 4 years’ experience as a personal trainer focused on functional strength, weight loss programming, and sports specific training. I have trained a large range of clients age groups as well as injury rehabilitation.

Why I got into the industry: I got into coaching to give to others the amazing support I had when I first joined started training.
