Run Group

Starting next to the beautiful Rushcutters Bay park our Run Group is committed to providing the best sessions possible – whatever your fitness level.

What makes it so good:

  • We constantly change our runs and programming, so its challenging and fun.
  • Increase your fitness and progress your stamina and technique.
  • Our training gets physical and mental results.
  • We enjoy training good people. Our members encourage and motivate each other. We will motivate and challenge you but not break you.
  • If you don’t enjoy having a laugh every now and then during a hit out you probably need to lighten up! We don’t take ourselves that seriously we can’t have a bit of fun and a laugh every now and then.
