  • 15g Shallots
  • 140g Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Rice Bran Vegetable Oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in a small frying pan and add chopped shallots and mushrooms.
  2. Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat and add egg whites.
  3. Continue to stir and scramble for another 2 minutes.
  4. Place on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
