- 15g Shallots
- 140g Mushrooms

Method
- Heat oil in a small frying pan and add chopped shallots and mushrooms.
- Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat and add egg whites.
- Continue to stir and scramble for another 2 minutes.
- Place on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
