Nic Perdikaris
Huge congrats to Nic who has bulked up from 84kg to an impressive 91kg in the last 6 months. During this time, he has added not just to his size but to his strength, increasing his dumbbell chest press by 10kgs and hitting PB’s in his barbell squat and deadlift.
Nic trains consistently, doing 3 reformer pilates classes a week, as well as 4 PT sessions with Oisin. Compliance with his diet, tracking and never missing a session have all been crucial in him achieving this amazing goal.
