Nathan was one of our earliest members, joining the studio in July 2017. Nathan came in overworked and doing little more than a couple of walks a week. From the first session, he had an excellent attitude and work ethic.
Following a well thought out eating plan and training 2-3 times a week while still operating his business, he was able to drop 12 kilos of bodyweight, while adding quality muscle mass to his frame.
He now has more confidence, energy and stamina to meet the demands of his business and feels better when swimming with a shirt off at the beach!
