Client of the month

Judy Macgraw

We are super proud to give Judy our client of the month. Judy joined the gym wanting to lose some weight and make health and fitness more part of her lifestyle.

What we love about Judy is her approach and attitude to make moderate but long lasting changes. She is an excellent example of someone who has gradually improved health habits to achieve amazing results. After adopting a daily fasting approach she was able to lose close to 10 kilos without sacrificing the foods and social life she still enjoys.

She does a strength based session once or twice a week. One to two cardio sessions and plays tennis a couple of times a week too.

We really admire the approach and mindset Judy has applied to her training and love having her as one of our members.
