A massive congratulations to Joseph Gardner for being voted client of the month! Joseph as lost an incredible 10kgs and 15cm off his waist since he joined RH over a year ago.

More impressively has maintained his progress, still sticking to a clean diet of all healthy non processed foods. Joseph has a very busy work schedule and still managed to find to time to stick to a strict diet and always give 100% in his PT sessions. Joseph’s discipline has been truly  inspirational,  for the last two 4in4 challenges he has started a week early to get a head start.
