Holly has well and truly earned client of the month for her inspiring effort since joining Rushcutters Health late last year.
Holly has been able to balance a busy work schedule with her training and lifestyle. She trains twice a week with Chris focusing on her strength, particularly in her lower body. She also incorporates 3-4 yoga sessions a week to keep her mobility up.
Since joining, she has lost 8.5 kilos of body weight and a total of 34 cm off her chest, stomach and thighs, while still maintaining an active social life and healthy relationship with food and alcohol. We are super proud of what Holly has achieved and are excited to see what else she can do in 2018 when it comes to her health and fitness.
