When Euro started training with Ken in August this year he had no experience lifting weights, but with a consistent work ethic and now tracking the weights, reps and sets each week… he has crushed every strength goal he set.
Euro’s Bench, Squat and Deadlift strength increased dramatically over his first 12 weeks helping to add a new layer of muscle definition to his small frame.
Euro has also increased and his aerobic fitness and is excited to tackle some Olympic lifts in the new year.
