Deb joined Rushcutters in the middle of July and has gone from strength to strength with both her training and nutrition.
Deb’s first session was probably one to forget, as she almost fainted from just a few sets of bodyweight exercises. From that point of she has showed incredible resolve and effort in all of her sessions and her consistency with following a low-carb, whole food eating approach has been awesome.
3 months down the track and she is still taking pictures to track all of her food. Deb has lost over 4 kilos of body weight and is now cable rowing 50 kilos for 12 reps.
She continues to get stronger, fitter and leaner each and every week and all the staff at Rushcutters are extremely proud of her efforts.
