Chris came to Rushcutters Health almost 2 years ago and has been one of our most consistent and outstanding member since.
Chris was a life long runner and convert to resistance training a few years ago. Having relocated to the eastern suburbs last year Chris commenced training with Chris as his personal trainer as well as participating in 2-3 group classes a week which supplements his strength training perfectly.
Since joining Chris has lost 4kgs of body weight and 4 centimetres off his waist line. He was a stand out performer in our last ‘4in4’ challenge and has implemented some fantastic ongoing diet and lifestyle alterations since completing it.
Equally as impressive is his strength training. Since joining he has worked diligently to improve his posterior chain strength and is continuing to improve his deadlift performance week after week.
Beyond that, he is an absolutely fanatic member of the gym. He is well loved by all the staff and group training members who join him for the early morning starts. We are lucky to have him and are truly proud of everything he has achieved. Great work Chris.
