Since starting with us in June 2020, Cara has not only lost 15kg, but created a whole new lifestyle for herself. She now gets up to walk early in the morning to make sure she hits 10000 steps everyday, runs and comes to classes regularly, has big, savoury breakfasts with fish, meat and vegetables because she knows thats what keeps her full and drinks over 3litres of water a day .
Although weightloss has always been her goal, during that time we have worked together to set other targets to get all of these good habits set into her routine. Cara looks absolutely fantastic, and is now working on improving her distance and speed for running, as well as lifting heavy in her PT sessions.
She is an amazing individual who gives her best in and out of the gym, so stoked with your results Cara!
